How much do you charge for a training/troubleshooting session?

Our sessions are £70/hour.

Can we cover multiple things in a session?

Yes, providing those things are all related to the same platform/issue.

Will an hour be enough time?

We’ve found that 60 minutes is sufficiently long enough to deep dive on a particular topic, but not so long that you lose the will to live.

However if you do require more time, we can always book a follow up session.

I've checked the calendar but none of the times work for me - what should I do?

If you can’t find a convenient time in the calendar, send an email to clientsupport@tmco.digital and we can manually arrange a time to suit all.

Who will the session be with?

Your session will be with one of the TM&Co. Digital Support team. We are all experts in different areas of tech, so depending on your area of focus, we will ask the best suited member of the team to host the session with you.
